Quiet, peaceful environment. Amazingly well appointed rooms and lovely bathroom with deep bath in the room we're in. Michelle seems to have thought of everything. This after just one of three nights booked in!

Great quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist strip, very clean rooms and extremely helpful management. We visited for a few days, and took their advice - activity in morning before breakfast - walking/fishing or kayaking at nearby lake. We returned to a lovely cooked breakfast (provided) on our balcony overlooking the pond. After breakfast - on the first day - we did a bushwalk to Kondalilla Falls (about 20 min drive away), took about 3 hours, really spectacular. Had nice pizza lunch at Montville Gourmet Pizzeria & Cafe, strolled through the picturesque town of Montville after lunch. Returned late afternoon, with a bottle of wine and sat on our balcony reading a good book until a light dinner was served by Michelle and Georgia our hosts. The next day started similarly at the nearby lake (700m), but after breakfast we visited Maleny, had a stroll through town, some lovely antiques and a great bookstore. Weather was warm and clear so we then headed to the great beach at Mooloolaba, about 30min drive. When our 2 teens were exhausted mid-afternoon, we headed to Ricks Garage, another picturesque drive, for their classic (and filling) burger meals. Lots of great memorabilia there too. Returned home and relaxed until light dinner served by our hosts (and great conversation!)Thanks so much for a really memorable stay - one that had something for everyone in our family!
Staying here feels like coming home. Michelle will look after you like family. Beautiful food, tranquil surrounds - we will be back!
What a great place!Beautiful room with a lot of personal touches. Greeted with homemade cookies (amazing), some chocolates and a great smile! Then there was the amazing breakfast - you cant beat the pancakes!Cant recommend this property enough! Do yourself a favour, book in and say hi to Michelle and Ziggy and be treated like a special guest. Michelle goes above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay
